PARTICULAR CONDITIONS CLUB CONDOR
Club Cóndor is the program of ARETEX, S.A. that grants special benefits to registered Users. This document refers in its entirety to said Program, establishing the Terms and Conditions, applicable to Club Cóndor Users; Both the program and this document may be modified at any time at its sole discretion by ARETEX, S.A.
The following are the terms and conditions that will govern the obtaining, operation and use by the User for belonging to the Cóndor Club, (hereinafter, “the Particular Conditions”).
1.- Acceptance of the Particular Conditions
Access to the Website implies acceptance of the Particular Conditions, as well as the different modifications and / or additional legal texts that ARETEX, S.A. may include in the future.
Through the Particular Conditions, the User agrees to act at all times in accordance with the provisions established in the clauses of this legal text, which define the rights and obligations of ARETEX, S.A. and the User regarding the contractual relationship derived from the use of the services accessible through the Website. These are the only Conditions applicable to the particular conditions of the Condor Club.
For any matter not stipulated in these Particular Conditions, the General Contract Terms and Conditions will apply.
By accepting these Particular Conditions, the User declares to be over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract and acquire the services present on the Website.
2. User Registration
Users through the registration form at the following link https://www.condor.es/es/content/clubcondor will be able to access and form part of the Cóndor Club by completing the information found in said form.
The data that will have to be completed to formalize access to the Condor Club by Users are the following:
1) Name and Surname
2) Postal address
3) Email
4) Mobile phone
5) Date of birth
6) ID Card Number
7) Language
8) Condor Store where they want to receive the benefits
9) Name, Gender and Date of birth of the children
Likewise, Users will have access to said form in paper format in any of the stores where they wish to subscribe to the Club Cóndor.
3. Benefits
The Cóndor Club is a program designed for regular Users whose purpose is to reward loyalty and improve the shopping experience. Users who are part of the Cóndor Club will have access to the following advantages:
i. Accumulation of points for purchases. Every euro invested in the purchase of a product from the Cóndor website is equivalent to one point. Every 100 points, that is, the total value of a purchase for an amount of 100 euros, ARETEX, S.A. will give customers a check for 5 euros (not applicable to large families).
ii. In the event that the User belongs to a large family, they will not be able to access the points program established above. However, large families will have access to a 12% discount on all purchases made on the website or in the physical stores of Cóndor.
iii. Users who register for the first time in the Club Cóndor online form will have access to a 5 euro discount voucher as a welcome gift (not applicable to large families)
iv. Users who belong to the Cóndor Club will have access to exclusive promotions, access to private sales and may receive invitations to Cóndor events (for example, Black Friday or early sales, extra points for the purchase of certain products, among others).
v. In addition, Users who belong to the Cóndor Club, and on the occasion of the birthday of any of their children, will have access to an exclusive congratulation along with a gift, as long as they make a purchase during the month in which their child's birthday.
4.- Personal data protection
ARETEX, S.A. guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data that Users provide in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data (hereinafter, "RGPD") and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, "LOPDGDD").
In this sense, Users are informed that, in terms of privacy and protection of their personal data, they can exercise the following rights:
- Access your personal data;
- request the rectification of any inaccurate data;
- request the deletion of your data;
- request that the processing of your data be limited;
- oppose the processing of your data;
- exercise your right to be forgotten; and
- request the portability of your data. Likewise, Users will have the right not to be the subject of decisions based solely on automated data processing.
The User can exercise all these rights at the email address gdpr@condor.es indicating the reason for their request and providing a copy of their ID Card.
