How many points do I have?
Check it from the online store www.condor.es/tienda/ (points are automatically discounted in the basket) or in any of the Cóndor stores. Points are accumulated in any of our stores and can be used in any of our stores, both physical and online.
How many points can I accumulate with each purchase?
Every time you buy at Cóndor you accumulate points in your account. Each euro purchased is equivalent to 1 point. And for every 100 points you will get a discount on your next purchase of €5.
How long do the points last?
Points are valid for 6 months. After this period, the expired points will disappear from your account.
Is there a minimum amount to use points?
Yes, points can be used from 100 accumulated points.
When can I spend the points?
Points are added instantly to your account. When you reach 100 accumulated points, we will send you an email to inform you that you already have the discount available.
How do I spend points?
The points discount will be automatically applied to your next purchase. You must log in with your account in the online store or identify yourself in the store as a Club member. Remember to always use the same email to identify yourself.
Do I accumulate points if I am registered with Cóndor as a Large Family?
No, with the Large Family Card you get a direct 12% discount on all your purchases. This discount is greater than that obtained with the points accumulated with Club Cóndor.
How do I register as a member of Club Cóndor as a Large Family?
Filling out this form and indicating your large family card number, expiration date and attaching a photo of it.
